This years World Championship chess challenger Javokhir Sindarov (you read it first in the Pester Lloyd!) just takes part in the 2026 Clutch Chess: Champions Showdown at the Saint Louis Chess Club. In the first round, he faced the Indian super grandmaster Praggnanandhaa Rameshbabu with the black pieces. While most often opposite coloured bishop endgames end in a draw, the following position from their game seems to have some spice. Would you prefer Sindarov (black), Praggnanandhaa (white)? O will the position develop into the usual draw?
