1. Who can use Vise
- People aged 16 and over with an invitation from a member. Your date of birth must be true.
- One person, one personal account. Automated accounts posing as people are not allowed; organisations use labelled organisation accounts.
2. Your content
- Your content is yours. You grant us only the non-exclusive rights needed to store, display, translate and deliver it according to the visibility you chose. These rights end on deletion unless the law requires retention.
- You publish only what you hold the rights to, and you label nudity, erotica and sponsorship as described in the community guidelines.
3. Rules and moderation
The community guidelines are part of these terms. We may remove content, limit its reach, relabel it or suspend accounts that break the law or the guidelines. You receive a statement of reasons and can appeal (Art. 17, 20 DSA); out-of-court dispute settlement under Art. 21 DSA is open to you.
4. Verification
If there is reasonable doubt that an account belongs to a real person, or that the stated age is true, we may ask for verification (e.g. vouching by verified members, a live selfie via a provider, a video call). We keep only the result.
5. Termination and deletion
You can delete your account at any time; we then delete your content and personal data unless the law requires otherwise. We may terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.
6. Liability
Vise is in beta and free. We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; for simple negligence only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Changes and law
We announce material changes in the app; you need to accept new versions to keep using Vise. Estonian law applies (the operator's seat); mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
